Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Florence, just steps away from the Duomo and many attractions, although some noise from the street can disturb sleep. The service is incredibly helpful, especially in arranging early morning transportation. The dining options are satisfactory, and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay for me and my mom.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was okay, clean, and comfortable but quite old. The service was top-notch, with kind and informative staff, particularly shoutout to Nino from Napoli at the front desk. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city center near the Brunelleschi Cupola. The dining offered sufficient options and was fine. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel's location is fantastic, near the Duomo with a friendly staff. However, the rooms were cramped and not very comfortable. The dining options were basic, and the Wi-Fi reception was poor. A desirable place to stay overall.
The hotel offers simple yet comfortable rooms with spotless cleanliness. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its fabulous location provides easy access to main attractions, but some street noise may be a concern for light sleepers. The dining options are satisfying with good quality choices. However, the price might not fully align with the value for money expected.
The hotel had some issues with the rooms being dark, dismal, and having a persistent smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was disappointing, and there were noise disturbances at night from the street. However, the location was convenient for exploring the city and close to the train station.
I was pleased with the hotel's exceptional location, nestled between Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio in the heart of Florence. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist. However, the room, though bright with efficient blackout curtains, felt a bit cramped and lacked the desired comfort. The dining options were good overall, but some dishes were not as appetizing or warm as expected.
